D.E.C. Meeting:
The D.E.C. Meeting scheduled for January 24th and 25th was Cancelled due to the icy cold weather and snow we had. It was rescheduled for Friday March 20th in Bowling Green, KY before the Spring Conference, for more information go to KYLEGION.ORG.

District Meeting:
Our Next District Meeting will be held on March 8th, in Campbellsville, KY at Post 82 at 1400hrs.

I would love to see more Post attend the next District Meeting Please. I will be showing a very good video for ALL Post Commanders and members alike and I would love you all to view it.
I would love to get some input from each Post on what issues they may being facing and ways to over come them. So please try to encourage more members and officers from your Post to Attend.

Remember District meetings are a great way of communicating between Post and Department. The District Commander and it’s Officers are basically the liaison for your Post and the Department of Kentucky.
District 4 offers opportunities for training at the beginning of each meeting. These quick training sessions are very informative for Post Commanders, Post Adjutants and Members alike. At District meetings you will learn about what the District committees are planning, including, vital information, times, locations and how your Post can get involved in something bigger than your Post. District meetings are also a great place to exchange idea’s with fellow Commanders, Adjutants and members or District Officers.
