Dear District 4 Members;

My Fellow Comrades,
Thank you to all
Post Commanders and Officers who were able to attend the District Post Commanders Meeting this past month in Elizabethtown. Your presence was greatly appreciated, and we covered a significant amount of valuable information. I hope each of you left with at least one meaningful takeaway to support your Post and its mission.

District 4 Drops down to 4th in the State of Kentucky

Post Commanders and Post Adjutants Please try focusing on increasing your
Membership renewals and getting New members to your Post.

I would love to see each Post within our District
Reach their 100% Goal for 2026 Membership.

I am more than willing to schedule a membership drive with you and your Post and attend it with you and help increase your membership. I have some great strategies, and procedures to help. Please allow me to help you. I would love to show the rest of The Department of Kentucky that District 4 was able to make 100% of our annual membership goal by February 2026.

If we accomplish this not only will the entire State of Kentucky Know of this great accomplishment District 4 has made but
National will also see how Great District 4 is.

Let’s Show Everyone District 4 Lead the way!

Seasonal ReminderWinter Preparations

Buddy Checks Are Essential!
As Legionnaires, we are committed to the principle of
“Leave No Man or Woman Behind.” With bitter cold weather upon us, it is vital that we conduct regular Buddy Checks. Many veterans and elderly community members face difficult choices during winter months, sometimes between medication and heat. Pride may prevent them from asking for help, so please reach out proactively and consistently. Your efforts truly make a difference.
Thank you.

Winter Driving Safety
Please continue to exercise caution on icy roads. Stay alert and drive safely—accidents can happen in an instant.

Always Remember

Do Not keep Pets in extreme Hot or Cold weather left in you vehicle.
